The Chief Executive Officer of Experts Consult Limited, Mr Nathaniel Johnson, has been adjudged the CEO of the Year in the debt collection agency category at the 6th Ghana Credit Excellence Awards, organised by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM) in Accra last Friday.
The awards ceremony, which recognises outstanding achievements within Ghana’s credit and financial industry, celebrated both institutions and individuals who have contributed to sustainable financial inclusion and sound credit management practices.
Experts Consult Limited, under Mr Johnson’s leadership, has established itself as a major player in Ghana’s debt recovery and management sector. The company provides professional services in debt recovery, risk monitoring, and revenue collection, while also acting as a process-serving agency. With over 15 years of experience, Experts Consult operates not only within Ghana but also across West Africa and internationally through its affiliation with the International Credit Exchange.
Speaking after receiving the award, Mr Johnson expressed gratitude to the organisers and reaffirmed his commitment to maintaining the company’s high standards. “We are deeply honoured by this recognition. It affirms the work we have done over the years, and we will continue to uphold the standard already established within the financial sector,” he said.
Mr Johnson noted that the company’s success lies in its client-focused approach, which ensures that debts are recovered while preserving the business relationships that existed before the process began. “Our mission has always been to assist institutions in recovering their hard-earned monies without damaging their relationships with customers or debtors,” he explained.
Beyond debt recovery, Experts Consult has expanded its operations into several industries, including finance, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and services. Mr Johnson also oversees Supreme Hospitality Limited, a hospitality and professional home management firm with the potential to employ over 10,000 people annually.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Mr Johnson is recognised for his contributions to sports development in Ghana. He serves as President of the Ghana Karate-Do Federation, Fourth Vice President of Zone 2 of the Africa Karate Union, and a board member of the Ghana Olympic Committee.
The Chartered Institute of Credit Management lauded Mr Johnson and other awardees for their contributions to professionalism and ethical standards in Ghana’s credit management ecosystem.
