Republic Bank to organise 3-day Mortgage Expo

The Republic Bank Ghana, a subsidiary of Republic Financial Holdings Limited, will in collaboration with the Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA), organise a three-day Mortgage Expo. 

Scheduled for December 7 to 9, 2018, the Expo is expected to bring together over 70 real estate developers and other exhibitors including car dealers, merchants of building materials, furniture providers and many more.

According to the Managing Director of Republic Bank, Mr Anthony Jordan, the Mortgage Expo will be the biggest in Ghana with many offers and discounts including special mortgage interest rate to participants.

He said, GREDA which is the mother of real estate developers has assured the bank that its members will be offering huge discounts on their houses at the Expo.

“If you have discount on your home offer and a special interest rate on your mortgage, then, that is a double win for you. You can afford any dream house you wish to buy.  We, therefore, encourage all home seekers and the general public to visit the Republic Bank Mortgage Expo and take advantage of all the special offers available for you,” he urged.

 The Expo is being organised on the theme ‘Making Home Ownership a Reality with Republic Bank, Your Mortgage Partner.’  There will be a special mortgage seminar where different industry experts will speak on mortgage financing in Ghana.

 Other side attractions expected are; children’s corner, family photo time, medical screening booth, farmers’ booth and many more attractions.
