The organisers, Charterhouse, say that since the announcement for the official call for entries, discussions on various platforms have gone on suggesting that this year’s edition of the VGMA promises to be highly competitive and exciting as industry players and music lovers look forward to the activities lined up.

As the closing date for entries draws near, record labels and artistes managers are once again being reminded to download the forms from www.ghanamusicawards.com or pick up the forms from Charterhouse office at North Industrial Area.

When all forms are duly filled and submitted, the VGMA Board will start its arduous task of sorting out the various entries into the deserving categories, which finally leads to  the grand launch where nominees will be officially announced.

The VGMA Board is made up of music industry personalities representing the various sectors of the industry. The Board is responsible for categorising and collating the entries submitted as by Red AdBlocker" href="#">well as short listing the final list of nominees for each category.

As has been the usual case, the entries is a reflection of the general trend in the industry, giving insights into which music genres are growing or declining.

The calendar of activities marking the 15th edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards, the organisers say, will be announced shortly.
