Ghana School of Law SRC President-Elect congratulates GSL Director on Court of Appeal appointment

The President-elect of the Student Representative Council (SRC) of the Ghana School of Law, Daniel Otting Awuah, has congratulated the Director of Legal Education, Barima Nana Yaw Kodie Oppong, on his appointment to the Court of Appeal bench.

"I am thrilled to congratulate His Lordship Barima Nana Yaw Kodie Oppong on his appointment to the Court of Appeal," Daniel Otting Awuah stated.

"His Lordship is a legal luminary and colossus, not only in the legal profession but also in his private life, where he is a man of enviable character and integrity", he added. 

"His innovative approach has subdued age-old controversies surrounding the entrance examination, making our lives easier in the Ghana School of Law," he noted.

The SRC President-elect expressed confidence that Justice Oppong's appointment will bring his "strongly held principles of transparency, fairness, and integrity" to the Court of Appeal.

"I am confident that his indispensable service as a member of the Court of Appeal will be marked by these principles," Awuah added.
