NDC wishes Muslims a successful Ramadan

The ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) has sent its best wishes to Muslims in Ghana and the world over on the occasion of Ramadan.

“One the occasion of the sighting of the moon of Ramadan, the NDC sends its best wishes to all Muslims and pray that Almighty Allah will grant to you the strength and dedication to go through this fasting successfully,” a statement signed by Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, NDC General Secretary and issued by the party at the weekend said.

“The NDC sees this Holy month as a month of forgiveness, unity, peace, and brotherliness. We urge the nation to rally behind Muslims on this special month as they seek the face of Allah for the socio-economic and political development of the country.

“Let us use the occasion to glorify the Almighty Allah for giving us life and peaceful country, Ghana. 

“We believe and hope that your fasting, prayers and night tahajud will be accepted by Almighty Allah and through that bless our homeland Ghana.
