Parliament to reconvene at Accra International Conference Centre on October 15

Parliament will commence the fifth meeting of its fourth session on October 15, 2024, at the Dome of the Accra International Conference Centre, the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin, announced in a statement issued on Monday, September 30, 2024.
The renovation works that are currently taking place in the main parliamentary chamber forced the relocation to the temporary chamber.
Members of Parliament (MPs) have been informed about the temporary arrangement as the legislature prepares to resume its duties in the alternative facility.
The move is to ensure that parliamentary business proceeds without interruption while maintenance work is carried out in the chamber.
