A 45th minute strike from Wilson Andoh, after goalkeeper George Owu failed to make a first time save, was the difference between the two sides.

The Hasaacas defence failed to clear the ball resulting in a melee during which Andoh managed to place the ball beyond the reach of Owu to break the deadlock.

It was a game which witnessed much midfield action as the two teams failed to create many scoring chances. King Faisal, however, lifted their game in the dying embers of the first half and began to create a few scoring chances and it was during one of their raids that Wilson managed to put the homesters infront.

Hasaacas, who were weakened by the goal, also had to endure the last ten minutes of the match with 10 men because  Augustine Arhinful, was sent off by referee, Prosper Addy.
