Caledonia Gladiators said it was unaware that Malik Dunbar, who joined last month, was the suspect in the shooting of Arthur Braxton in Augusta, Georgia.

CAF postpones CHAN tournament to August 2025

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the postponement of the TotalEnergies CAF African Nations Championship (CHAN), which was originally set to take place in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.

The tournament will now be held in August 2025. The 19-team event was initially scheduled for February 1 to February 28.

However, following an assessment by CAF inspectors in the three host countries, it was determined that they were not yet ready to host the competition due to inadequate infrastructure, including stadiums, training facilities, and hospitals.
