Ghanaian fashion label Odefille is set to make a striking return to the runway with the unveiling of its latest collection, a Thai-inspired executive line that will debut at Accra Fashion Week 2025 from December 14-21.
The showcase represents a bold creative shift for the brand, which is widely recognised for its refined C-suite tailoring and modern professional wear.
Titled The Thai Collection, the new line draws heavily from Thai and wider South-East Asian aesthetics, particularly fashion styles from the 1960s to the 1980s. The pieces blend vintage Asian influences with contemporary design details, created for what the brand describes as “today’s professional woman and man”. The collection signals Odefille’s growing embrace of global cultural references while maintaining the structure, quality and elegance that define its identity.
The 2025 collection also marks a departure from the social impact direction that shaped Odefille’s 2024 Bambose line, which featured textiles hand-painted by single mothers in northern Ghana. This time, the brand says it is exploring a more personal creative narrative. “This collection reflects that journey while staying true to our vision of empowering the modern executive through exceptional design,” the brand noted.
Odefille added that the Thai influence opens new creative possibilities for presenting sophistication through a fresh cultural lens. “By drawing from Thai heritage while honouring the realities of womanhood, we wanted to create pieces that feel both globally inspired and deeply personal.
