Court issues bench warrant for Wisa
An Accra Circuit Court has issued a bench warrant for hiplife artiste Eugene Ashe, also known as Wisa Greid.

Wisa is standing trial for exposing his genitals on stage while performing at last year’s ‘Decemba 2 Rememba’ concert organised by Accra-based Citi FM on Christmas Eve.
A video evidence of the accused was to be submitted in court Friday following the last adjournment on Monday, January 25.

Graphic Online’s court correspondent, Seth Bokpe reported that although the prosecutor, Chief Inspector Edward Adjei-Odame was in court with the video evidence there was no sign of Wisa in court.
The court presided over by Mrs Abena Oppong Adjin-Doku was therefore forced to issue a bench warrant for the accused.
The case has since been adjourned to February 12.
Wisa was later spotted around the court premises.
