Adentan Municipal Assembly gets MCE
The Magistrate of the Adentan District Court, Mr Sylvester Ablorh, has sworn in Mr Daniel Alexander Nii-Noi Adumuah as the new Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Adentan Municipal Assembly.
The ceremony, which was held last Thursday, came shortly after all the 18 assembly members unanimously voted to endorse the president’s appointee as the MCE.

Addressing assembly members after the swearing-in, Mr Adumuah expressed his profound gratitude to the assembly members for their support and confidence in endorsing him.
He added that his administration was going to focus on education, agriculture, sanitation and infrastructure.
The Deputy Regional Minister, Mrs Elizabeth Kwatsoo Tetteh Sackey, who spoke at the ceremony, said the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo-led administration was going to support the municipal assembly to reach its targets.
She also hinted that the administration would assist in making the municipality attractive to potential investors to effectively develop the assembly.
Present at the ceremony were the Member of Parliament for the area, Mr Yaw Asamoa Buaben, a former MCE, Mr Benjamin Angenu, and some traditional rulers in the municipality.
