With two points from four matches, the Black Stars are in third place in Group F, trailing leaders Angola and second-placed Sudan.
Friday's encounter at Estádio 11 de Novembro in Luanda is pivotal for Ghana, who have struggled to find form in their recent matches. A win would improve their standing as they aim to secure a place in the continental showpiece in 2025.
Angola, however, comes into the game with a formidable 100% record, sitting comfortably at the top of Group F with 12 points, ten points clear of Ghana.
The Black Stars are scheduled for a final training session at the Estádio 11 de Novembro on Thursday evening at 8 pm (local time), allowing the players to familiarise themselves with the match venue and conditions.
This high-stakes match will test Ghana’s resilience as they seek to end Angola’s unbeaten run and rekindle their qualification chances.
