Skin disease outbreak leaves Mepe-Avetakpo residents in agony
The sub-divisional chief of Mepe Gbavie-Dekume, Togbe Kwasi Amedor III, has expressed concern over a communicable skin disease outbreak affecting many children and adults in Avetakpo enclave, a farming community in the Ho West District of the Volta Region of Ghana.

Teen found dead in bedroom with used condoms at Twifo Praso
A teenager identified as Nana Zinabu, believed to be between 18 and 19 years old, was found dead in her bedroom with three used condoms at Twifo Praso in the Twifo Atti Morkwa district of the Central Region.

The year-long campaign on the theme: "Are Your Kidneys OK? Detect Early, Protect Kidney Health", highlights the potentially life-changing impact of early detection and intervention in preventing and managing kidney disease.
The Ghana Kidney Association marked the day with a range of activities, including a webinar on March 13, chaired by Prof. Sampson Antwi.
