There is something amazing about the mind that continues to fascinate the myriads who continue to study it. Although not fully understood, it is arguably the most powerful tool when trained because its raw material - thoughts - can be used to produce anything.

Unfortunately, not everyone has come to the realisation that all they need to have is a trained mind and they can achieve unimaginable feats.
I am very certain that the idea of flying as a means of transportation was probably considered as wizardry but here we are today. The state of your mind determines what is either possible or impossible.
Almost always, there is that group that tries to explain away the successes of people. And I honestly think it is unfair. Not every woman has slept her way to success as it’s often believed. Not every successful young man used dubious means as it’s believed.
The mind is the most powerful tool in existence. It has brought nations, families and individuals down to nothingness. What causes wars, divorces, etc.? One would say all these arise as a result of individual differences. NO! All these unfortunate events are simply due to differences in minds.
Let’s talk about you for a moment. Who do you think you are? Yes you…. You are the most powerful person on earth. You think it’s a lie right? You are the most powerful person because you have the most powerful and sophisticated tool on earth - YOUR MIND. Who else do you think you are? Yes you? You are your mind.
It is said that you are the sum of the choices you make. The veracity of this assertion can’t be disputed. In real sense, you are the sum of the states of your mind. Your choices are a product of the states of your mind. Those who choose suicide do so because of the state of their minds.
One day a gentleman got a job and had everything going on well for him. A few years down the line, he was diagnosed with a chronic disease.

A few days later, he lost his job and was ditched by his soon-to-be wife. He felt very hopeless and worthless so he took to drinking. Why did he start drinking? It was the state of his mind (thought) which was amplified as his emotions (hopeless and worthless).
You possess the most powerful tool on earth which is the mind. The mind is all we need to survive on this earth. Everything begins in the mind and ends in the mind. Those who are ruling the world today, were already rulers in their minds. All the very sophisticated equipment and machines we see today once existed in the minds of people.
You don’t just possess the most powerful tool on earth. You are its master. You can either use your mind or be used by your mind. Either ways, you determine whether to be enslaved or enslave. Is it not amazing how some people thought that travelling by road was not all there could be and that there could be a way to travel by air? People thought they were crazy and you’d agree that it didn’t sound very reasonable at the time right? Today, aeroplanes which once existed in the minds of some people are a reality. There is no limit to what our minds can do.
Another reason why you are the most powerful person on earth is that your mind is designed to make you think. Thinking is not a characteristic of all living things. If you can choose to think about a particular thing, you can never be enslaved. Physical slavery is bad; however, mental slavery is wickedness. So if the privilege of thinking is your choice, you are a free person. You determine when to be happy if you can choose what to think about.
Stephen Richards, an author in the area of the mind, body, spirit subjects of Cosmic Ordering and mind power, says, “Reality is a projection of your thoughts or the things you habitually think about.” You have the power to change your reality because you can change your thoughts.
Let’s start today. Let’s think healthily. Let’s use our minds to build rather than destroy our lives.
